April Fools @ TOMS, 2015

Halloween is a holiday that may justify some shenanigans for some folks.

The start of October reminds me of this video Suzy produced (and starred in) for TOMS back in 2015. For some reason, I am her nemesis, “Gerald.” As far as I can tell, it’s only available on Facebook.

Suzy’s since worked on projects that earned Emmy recognition. But this video remains one of my favorites. For starters, she produced it as a “skunkworks” project with minimal budget and resources. Also, it expresses Suzy’s comedic sensibilities, emotional intelligence, editing prowess, and ability to act. It’s a good reminder that Suzy can accomplish the incredible despite bad odds and obstacles.
